BENEFITS OF COMPOSITE-CLAD GATES:

Composite wood is an increasingly popular choice for cladding garden gates due to it robust and low-maintenance properties. The composite wood panels are resistant against warping, cracking, splitting, rotting and fungal decay and when, installed into a custom made fully galvanised gate frame, customers can enjoy a stylish alternative to traditional metal gates.

Composite wood boards, do not require yearly painting or varnishing like normal wood boards and so, hold up well against the unpredictable Scottish weather.

Composite wood boards also offer a more private option than traditional metal gates, for customers wishing to effectively screen off an area from view.

The ‘hot dipped’ galvanized frames means the underlying metal is protected from rust by being coated in a protective layer of molten zinc. This process is widely used in the construction industry for large projects but can also be used to protect your investment in your property. Galvanized gates offer a far superior level of rust protection than ‘paint only’ gates dramatically reducing maintenance requirements.
